Our Mediumship Journey: What It’s Really Like to Connect with the Spirit World with Jen Anderson & Bre Speight

This episode feels like a big one for me to share… it’s probably the most personal I’ve gotten publicly around something that’s been a part of my life for a long time — my connection to the other side.

Bre & I sat down for a really open, honest conversation about our friendship and this kind of quiet thread that’s always existed between us: our shared ability to feel, hear, and communicate with spirit.

 

We talked about what it’s actually like to receive messages from the other side — from loved ones who’ve passed, or haven't passed, from energy, from things that don’t always make logical sense but are deeply felt.

We talked about the times it’s felt overwhelming, the importance of setting boundaries with spirit (yes, that’s a thing!), and how we try to stay grounded while also being open. We also got into things like past lives, the role of signs and synchronicities, and how all of this has shaped our personal growth.
