As I sat down with Robyn for Unfiltered and Into the Deep, we delved into the idea of self-acceptance over self-love, especially when it comes to body image and societal pressures.
We both agreed that it’s completely normal to have insecurities and that, in many cases, they can serve as powerful catalysts for personal growth. Robyn opened up about her journey with OCD, explaining how it often targets the things we care about most, drawing a fascinating parallel to the unrealistic expectations placed on women by society.
We also explored the concept of worthiness, with Robyn pointing out how so many of us tie our sense of worth to external factors like being chosen or accumulating wealth. I emphasized how fleeting those external validations can be, sharing my belief in the importance of cultivating a sense of worth from within.

Sheri and I had a deep conversation about our beliefs on reincarnation, consciousness, and quantum physics, and how our understanding and perspectives have evolved over time.
We also talked about our experiences in sharing our personal growth and spiritual journeys with others, and how important it is to recognize when someone is truly ready for personal growth and change.
We touched on the power of choice in breaking free from old habits and patterns, and the importance of self-awareness.
One key point was not getting caught up in trying to save others, and understanding the energetics of money.
We also explored the exciting potential for success when starting a new business.
